These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ph 4 platform at ph4.app. By registering an account or accessing any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. All financial transactions on ph 4 are conducted exclusively in Philippine pesos (PHP) using supported local payment channels including GCash, Maya, and local bank transfer. Deposits are credited to your account balance once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider.Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification requirements. ph 4 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. All games and betting markets available on ph 4 are governed by their individual rules, which are accessible within each game or betting section. In the event of a technical fault or system error during a game round or live event, ph 4 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the players involved. Bets placed after an event has concluded — due to data feed delays or any other reason — will be voided and stakes returned. Winnings are credited to your account balance in Philippine pesos immediately upon settlement. Any disputes regarding bet outcomes must be raised with our support team within seven days of the relevant event.

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, ph 4's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty days preceding the relevant claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.
